May as well call the mini-contest over. I'm headed to sleep. If i check in the morning before I go to class and I have a message about the code--whoever sent it will get it. I guess a single ticket isn't that good, concerts being a social event and all. I'll be flying solo to my shows, no one else I'm close to is fan enough to make the trips (and in some cases fan at all)--I figured there may be some others doing the same. Oh well, G'night community.

This is not a joke guys, I'm seriously going to give my code away to whoever messages me first. I've used 3/4 and I don't need the last one. If there's someone out there who wants it and is as desperate as I was for Asheville but can't afford to waste and is hoping for someone to be kind--here it is. You've still got a few hours before the actual sale starts, and when it does--you might not get a ticket. I hate to waste this, so c'mon people. I've given up on seeing any of the Asheville shows entirely... I guess it isn't meant this time. Been a crap week--had my Ipod stolen and someone attempted to hot-wire my car. Luckily they didn't know what they were doing and didn't screw it up too badly. Oh well... I guess there's always YouTube, and the occasional blogs that we get from the band along with pictures... Perhaps a DVD of the highlights of the tour...

I keep checking the ticket prices on eBay, and wondering how many people will be scammed out of their money through these transactions. Not that I haven't bid on a few (and lost...) myself... "Hope is a terrible thing, gentlemen!"--Moist von Lipwig, Going Postal.

Anyway... Anyone who finds themselves with an extra that would otherwise be going to waste* then, by all means, contact me.

*By waste--I mean you don't want to make the $200-$500 in the Orange Peel parking lot selling it to some desperate person. I mean, c'mon think of the stain on your very soul this would cause. It's almost as bad as murder. Could very well be murder by proxy--that person who shelled out the $500 may not be able to pay rent or buy food as a result. Imaginative attempts to make good people, i.e. not bastards, out of you ticket holders--Yes.

Finally got a picture up. My little man and me. Yes, yes, I know... I do have the most beautiful child in the world. But he's also a genius! Full sentences, mastered all 26 letters of the alphabet, and 1-10 in English, Spanish, and German. He can also mix concrete and fill out complicated insurance forms.

Just watching the somewhat crappy bootlegs, with thousands of French people "singing" along with Today make me realize how quickly I would sell my soul to get a ticket to the Orange Peel opening... Unfortunately my soul doesn't have a street value of $2,500.00, so I'm boned. I can only hope and pray that there will be more US shows... Until then, Youtube is my only friend...
