Like in my world (field of work), it's the must to identify the best practices, what if we tried to find the best practices to live as an adult with the heart of a child?

Stay young at heart means (to me) to keep openess for the new: new discoveries, new people, new world, new experiences. Coupling with that, the readiness to try. Also the faith in life.

Growing is to face the music. Together (young and adult), we abandon the "conditional" or "Only if". We abandon the fear and let life be.
