As concious citizens i think that we must act when we feel that is needed, and i think it is the case.
This all about an "artist" named Guillermo Habacuc Vargas who picked a dog from the streets to take him to a contemporary art exhibition, where he kept the dog till he died of hunger. Above could be read the sentence "You are what you read" written with dog biscuits.
