That's the way

Hi realove
glad you have found some songs you like.
My favorites are That's the way (my love is), Starz, United States, and I love the title track Zeitgeist. The theme can turn off some folks, too much preaching to the choir. It's a slippery slope but the Pumpkins have done a remarkable job, their hard work and labours of love really show. It's funny, ten years from now how will Zeigeist stand up? Looking back, each album has lasted in some form and stood out for someone. Looking forward to hearing the 35 minute version of Gossamer.

Thanks, have fun and talk to you again
Scotty

Yes, I like your Why I am a fan. The cover songs are great, the Pumpkins put such a unique spin on them -'Dreaming', 'You're all I've got tonight', and 'My Blue Heaven'/'ToLoveSomebody' are such unexpected choices to be there, so beautiful though.

Have you heard Zeitgeist yet?
Any particular favorites or non-favorites?

Hey there,
I read your post on the news site. I have been a fan of the Pumpkins since 93/94 and have never seen them live either. I just received my passport so I thought what the heck, might as well have an adventure. (I've been to the states only once, this past year. I did manage to get tickets to the Ridgefield, WA show in Sept.) I have been saving my pennies for something like this, and being from Brandon. Manitoba, Canada, it doesn't appear any more Canadian dates will be (so far only Vancouver, PNE - in a hockey arena - how appropriate, ha. And festivals in Montreal/Toronto, not as personal). Hope you find some tickets

Thanks,
Scotty
