Thanks for the compliment on the photos. Your 'roids are awesome! Makes me want to break out my Polaroid and take some shots. I love the graininess of them. They are like beautiful accidents on little canvasses.

What's up!

The San Diego show was Awsome!!! Too bad you couldn't get in, but the venue itself is just that cool where you can listen outside, so i'm glad you were able to hear it. I live in the North County (RB that just got trashed by the fires!)...it kinda sucked, but my Apt. is still standing, so it's all good! Thanks for the friend request! Lates!

Did you go to any of the SF residencies? I went to the last three and--with the *possible* exception of the final night--I did not get the impression that BC was avoiding "sentiment" and playing (only) the songs that he wanted. On the 31st in particular, for awhile it was the mid-90s Siamese Dream Mellon Collie hit parade. I sat in the balcony: I watched the band; I watched the audience... the way the crowd reacted to the hits and the current single vs the posturing of BC as he performed them. And the overall "energy" when he played the songs he wanted to, the increased sense of hope, the return of his sex appeal. The entire thing was ridiculous. I felt like I was watching an exercise in masochism with the 3+ hour sets. (He would say that I'm ungrateful.) I handed him a letter before the final show telling him so. Corgan has always been great at "do what I say not what I do." He can (and did, is he still? I haven't seen a recent set list) play Siamese Dream Mellon Collie every single night, but whatever he writes (about some songs working with the zeitgeist and others not) it's obvious that they aren't real for him the way the current material is. I would approach anything that he writes/says with skepticism. He's like me; he says a lot and believes in its veracity, but intent does not=truth. The final song he played in SF was "[bad word removed] You"... at least he's still sincere, oh wait... bad word removed.

Hey ^^

Jeje. A mí Alicante no me gusta, me parece una ciudad muy aburrida.

I can imagine they told you that Have you seen any other places besides Amsterdam? It's a complete lie all the fun stuff happens there. You must understand I live in another large, Dutch city and so I'm promoting my hometown: The Hague or Den Haag It's a great city I think, it's where the great national rockers come from such as Golden Earring (might remember them?)
Our band has a myspace: http://www.myspace.com/alfafemalerocks and on youtube we've got some (poor quality) video's. Just type in the words Alfa Female.
Listened to a song of yours, liked it !!!

...and I actually like other countries such as Germany and Poland (boyfriend is half Polish).
I love drumming, been doing it since I was 12 only never went 'deep' into it. My first drumlessons were at age 17. I really regret that...but I was too insecure, felt intimidated by the local 'cool music kids' at school. Though today I'm in a band with 3 other women having fun and rocking out
Hooray for the tall people!! 6'0 tall, same as me. Sometimes they think I'm a guy, but I don't think you have that problem I love being this tall and am surprised there's actually an American guy (Billy) who's taller then me. Americans are quite short Did you know the tallest women of the world come from the Netherlands?
Ok, enough blabing!

thanks
