Hey fellow SP fans, I was thinking. I'd love to meet up with you guys before the show (here's looking at you AddyDanger, ToEachesOwn, anyone I may be forgetting, or anyone up for a roadtrip).

I'm not even positive I can afford to go to the show itself, though I'm hopeful I can bite the bullet. But either way it'd be cool to meet up and grab a few beers with my SP comrades.


Who is up for it?

Any suggestions on where to go? I was thinking Piazza at Schmidts or JD McGillicuddy's, but if someone knows of a cool place right at Penn's Landing that'd be great so we don't have to commute.

haha didn't you try to organize a meet-up the last time they came through?? I knew i couldn't go cause of $. How did it turn out/who went/where'd you go?

Nope. Last time they came to Upper Darby, they had the whole Facebook meetup thing already organized and took place at the venue.

I won't make it to a meetup; I'm trying to bring a friend that does security at Yankees stadium and depending on how MLB playoffs go, I probably won't have plans pinned down until that week.

Ah, just as well. I'm being dragged to my girl's cousin's wedding the following night and I can't take off of work both nights.
