You're guess is as good as mine. I'm not a big fan of the new merch. Though I applaud them for adding more merch. It would be cool if they had an Oceania era SP heart shirt. Yes, I really like the classic SP heart and have two shirts with it on it. Namely, the original one that's on the site again and the Scott Pilgrim one. I will say that Oceania lettering one looks better than the straight album cover one.

Only serial killers or people with OCD iron their shirts.

******

I got the SP heart beanie - it's a little small for my tastes, but I dig the design.

Yeah I liked the design but it was way too small on me. I was buying my gf the black and purple SP heart shirt at the Wiltern show while she bought the hat without me trying it on first. Both of us couldn't fit the thing comfortably on our heads, so we asked for our money back.

I like that they have new bundles. Though I already got two bundles last time. However I will probably at least buy some shirts in the near future.

Hi Simon. Any news concerning the evolution of the shipping costs overseas?
It's killing us to just contemplate that stuff. :(/>

Ya, sorry about that - totally forgot to update you. Right now, they are working on finding a distributor that will be based in Europe to lower prices for international shipments out that way. However, Im not sure this is going to be an overnight thing. Put it this way, their desire is to be able to offer cheaper shipping when it comes to international orders and they are working on it.

What happened to those baby blue and lightly colored shirts (yellow?) with the pony/seal on it? The TBK tour shirts? I didn't get one at the show I went to, and kind of regret it. I know some people didn't like those, but I can't believe they sold them all...? I haven't seen them since the tour.

Here is a thread that shows them. The one with the severed head is awesome! They didn't have it at the show I went to.

Here is the tread

I think they stopped selling 2011 Tour stuff once Oceania came out. Can't find a quote, so correct me if I'm wrong.

That's what I thought too, but they are still within the Teargarden by Kaleidyscope framework.. I just never saw the shirts again, while others still pop up here and there..

I have the horse & pony one. Love it, especially the back. I would like to see more use of the "SP Butterfly" sketch from the back. I know it was on guitar picks during the 2010 tour too.

I really want the blue sailboat TbK one, if I could ever find it on eBay - I look for it every so often.

Now, don't quote me on this, but I think the severed head tee was only from the second leg of the US tour and later (I guess they could've had it in Asia). When I saw them in Charlotte in July 2010, they just had the blue sailboat and the yellow animal shirts (and I bought the yellow). I did not go to the merch stand when I saw them in Austin in September because it was a zoo. I am still kicking myself because I had originally intended to get the blue sailboat one there. When I saw them in Dallas in December 2010, they had the severed head shirts, but not the blue sailboat shirt by that point. :(/>

Heyyy ... wasn't the shirt listed as "Coral T" originally called "Octopus T"
No big deal but ... did they change it because it was confusing people?

Hmm. Nice.

Definitely buying the vinyl/baseball tee combo. And the Oceania Block tee. Possibly the Red Sky one as well.

The new merch has cool things, I canceled my amazon order only for it. BUT, the big problem here is that only you just have to wait like 4 days and still counting, only for your order to be "shipped". So good luck everyone. :rolleyes:/>

just got the pyramid guys shirt in the mail. it is awful. really not like the picture. the sizing is off from the epicure (sizing of graphic). and in the picture it looks like this vivid hd picture. for the actual shirt, the image is done like 80s throwback dot matrix style. really looks like shit compared to what o thought I was ordering. although I can say, symbolically that dot matrix style may make sense for the tbk/Oceania era; cause it makes more sense at a distance. and I'm not saying that in any sarcastic kind of way. purely saying it in a meaning of symbols kind of way.

followup: I may have been a bit harsh off the bat. I actually do like the shirt. but its better when compared to its actual self, rather than to what I thought I ordered. they really should show closeups of what the graphics actually look like. I want to order the red pyramid in moon shirt as well, but- is it dot matrix as well? I think that would def look bad that way. no way to tell now.

Hey folks - I moved all the posts to a new thread in the SP.com section. For those of you who have issues with your orders, please refer to that thread. That was the parties concerned can all be directed to the same place. Danke. Merci.

at the risk of sounding like an ass...all pumpkins merch has been awful aside from the zero shirt..and even that is kinda bland. Give us the kind of vibrant colorful artwork that graced the website around the TearGarden times....

http://theteargarden.files.wordpress.com/2010/06/teargarden_bg6.jpg

i'd rock the fuck out of something like this

or this

http://www.musicafterlife.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/teargarden_by_kaleidyscope.jpg

give me something vibrant with life and color...not a pyramid...not a carbon copy of my zeitgeist tour shirt...which i wear religiously because i like the green color it is in.

Not sure if anyone can help me out with this one. But is there any particular reason why the Women's Black with Purple SP heart shirt is being sold on the tours but the Men's classic SP heart shirt is not even though it's on the website? Is it because there would be too much demand for it? Also, I noticed that they never have sold these Scott Pilgrim-esque shirts on the website or the tour. I have both of them and they appear to be genuine SP merch and it's a little odd that SP wouldn't try to cater/appeal to fans that might have liked what they saw and wanted to pick up one of those shirts after the movie came out:
http://www.amazon.co...r/dp/B0043RHSBU

My girlfriend had to venture into Hot Topic (in LA) of all places to get it. Like the Green SP heart shirt, it has The Smashing Pumpkins written in the Teargarden font on the back and it says copyright 2007 The Smashing Pumpkins like my long sleeve zero shirt did from the official website when they reissued that shirt:

The shirts are terrible for this tour. I agree with above, both of those Teargarden designs would be awesome. But really, a pyramid? Reminds me of Kid A actually and just not interesting at all.

Wow that's unexpected. It would be cool if they reissued this one from that era. I wanted to get one for my brother as a gift but I can never find it. He was going to get it years ago but ended up getting a different shirt, regretted it later: http://www.spfreaks....GVIEW&item=5017

Hmm not sure. they were there recently. I guess they replaced them with the newer Oceania era stuff. Initially it was mostly the Oceania album art shirts and those other tour shirts you're talking about.

I took a pic of the merch at the Wiltern show back in 2011. Sorry it's so dark of a pic. Here it is:

You will note there was a sale page here that I found on google, but no images are shown anymore:

I ordered as soon as I found out it was on the official site haha. Oddly the girls black with purple heart one is sold on tour, but not that one. No unfortunately it doesn't have the blurb on the back anymore. I wish it did, the 'this is a smashing pumpkins shirt...' blurb was classic. I think there were some versions that had the tour dates instead, but I had two incarnations of the shirt that had the blurb on the back since I first got it in 1996. Still cool to have though!

Wish this was still on it
