It seems like most people posting have received their order, am I the only one still waiting?

It seems like the people who have gotten their from the official site are people who ordered them way back when the albums first went on sale. I am guessing those of us that did not order until later (I did not order mine until November 24) are not going to get them until some time next week. If I do not have it by this time next week though, I am just going to have to ask for the refund.

I dont know if thats true, I ordered mine on the 18th and I am still waiting for it. For me the shipping is to Canada, so I usually suspect it takes a week to get over the border

Whoa. I can't believe they still haven't fulfilled all of their orders. I pre-ordered thru Amazon the day before it was released using their free shipping option and received my order for BOTH albums on Wed Nov 30th. On top of that, I only paid $47.66 TOTAL. You guys have REALLY gotten screwed here.

Still waiting on mine. Apparently it's been shipped, but as I live in the UK I imagine it'll probably arrive in a couple of weeks :cry:/> which is awkward since I'm going home for Christmas. Any UK customers had their copies through?

What's unusual is that I ordered my copy from a store online, and it arrived like 2 days afterwards. You'd think that SP.com would be in the lead with this shit, not some retail chain.

^^ Shipping to the UK from the US takes soooo long, it's crap :nope:/>

- Aside: I made an online order recently from a company in Japan. Simple and painless. Also, shipping cost less than my Topspin/bandmerch order did, and it arrived 4 days later.

- Another aside: I'm thinking that although my SP pre-orders shipped the other day (Friday) I won't be surprised if the "special gift by way of apology" turns up first :crazy:/>

Sorry to sound like a broken record, but, similarly im getting a little bit worried as, Im in Canada and while you might think that makes shipping faster than the UK, i have experienced instances of international shipping to the UK to take 5 days from the US, and like wise, take 5 days to Canada also. In fact, last time i had anything shipped between US and Canada it was held up on the boarder for about a week and half.

Similar to you FaceMelter44 to am returning home (UK) for christmas and would rather have these in hand rather than having to sit somewhere over christmas or risk having them shipped back to origin because of failed delivery. *sigh*

My other concern is that the stupid mailman is sometimes a woman & she either delivers my mail to someone else or she just tosses packages over the fence & last week I found a package in the bushes & who knows how long it had been there

Basically, the free gift had better be worth it :lol:/> Been making sure I don't listen to any of the tracks, so hopefully it'll be worth it when it arrives :p/>

I didn't think about the delivery failing. It would be a proper kick in the teeth to miss the late delivery, then on top of it have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get it redelivered. Hoping for it to arrive this week though...

Well normally they would just try 3 times then hold it for you to pickup from a location... that said though, anything can happen.

For some reason I stablished communication with topsin during the apologize message and the "gift", after that a week has passed I have already sent two mails, and no one in Topsin seem to care about my case, till this day I haven't received any confirmaion about shipping. Seems like the people in Topsin are hidding themselves from their customers which is such a shame. I don't know how to act or how to proceed against this people. Does anyone have received information from the people at Topspin during this week? I'm not being whiney, I do really care about something I payed and this people can't even confirm what they are doing.

Sorry to insist, but could someone please help me to know if the people at Topsin are keeping communication with some of you? Also for the people out of USA who received or about to receive your orders, did you got shipping confirmation and tracking code during the process? Thanks in advance to anyone that would like to share this information with me.

As you can see my reissues are supposed to be delivered in Paris, France, and I still haven't got them by now.
I received this e-mail on December 8th, a few days after I claimed for at least some information concerning my purchase:

Jonny Young, Dec-08 15:58 (PST):
Hi Sophie. Thank you for your email. I am sorry for the delay in the shipment of your Smashing Pumpkins reissues. Yesterday, you should have received an email from SPRC explaining the delay in shipment. Please let me know if you have not received this message.

Smashing Pumpkins has chosen Bandmerch to handle the fulfillment of their physical merchandise, which we are unable to help with. I was able to locate your order, and see that your reissues were shipped yesterday with the USPS tracking number XXXXXXX. You may also view the tracking number on your receipt here: XXXLinkXXX. If you have any questions regarding the shipment of your physical goods, you may find Bandmerch's contact information on your receipt, and they can be reached at http://customerservice.bandmerch.com/. Sometimes it may take a day or two for someone to respond. Apologies for not being able to provide any further insight into the shipment of your physical merchandise.

If you need any assistance with your digital downloads, please let me know, and I am happy to provide further assistance. The digital SPRC Welcome Package included with your purchase is available for immediate download on your receipt. Thank you for your outstanding patience and cooperation with this order. By purchasing from SPRC and http://www.smashingpumpkins.com/, you have supported the artist more directly, and for that we thank you. Enjoy the reissues!

Kind regards,
Jonny

I don't know if this will help you but that's a start.
Good luck with your purchase.

-----------------------------------

The day after I received this e-mail but did not even took the time to answer... :shiftyeyes:/>

Hi Sophie,
One of our top priorities as a company is to make sure that our customers are happy with the service they received. We hope that you're one of those happy customers, but even if you are unsatisfied, we want to know about it so we can do better the next time. We'd love to hear what you think of your customer service experience. Please take a moment to answer one simple question by clicking either link below:

How would you rate the support you received?

Good, I'm satisfied

Bad, I'm unsatisfied

I was tempted to give the same answer as they did: "I don't know. Ask BandMerch..."

I guess you are being ironical here, but I think it would have been pointless indeed, there's no need to fan the flames.
I wrote to TopSpin because it was still writen "N/A" under "status" on my receipt at the end of December 6th and I felt quite worried about it since I had not received any message from them at that time.
I think they're totally messing the whole thing up as far as communication is concerned. There are still customers like odracir all over the world who still don't know anything about their purchases, may have issues with "how to take delivery of the items during Christmas holidays when you're not home", and do not manage to reach any TopSpin/BandMerch member.

This being said I must admit my situation has evolved since this particular e-mail and I now know that my items are somewhere between the US and France.
But what if I hadn't taken the time to write to them? I may not have received any piece of information nor proper apologies except from this thread and that is a pity.

sure, but couldn't you wait a couple of weeks longer before complaining about this company on the band's website?
