Talk to amazon about it. They could possibly still be valid. I'm betting the only reason they took the page down was either because the Pumpkins camp ordered them too or they realized they put it up too early.

Buying both of these re-issues. Actually worth more than what they're priced nearly imo. Compared to this, the Nevermind re-release is pretty much a rip off...

I'm underwhelmed by all of it actually. I was actually hoping for some SONGS that have never been heard before. Not VERSIONS of songs that have never been heard before.

I don't need to settle. I'll wait until it's announced officially to make any more judgements, but I'm not blown away by a remastered album with new LSD-infused artwork.

Now, if they offer a package deal that includes some sort of pass for exclusive SPRC content, then we're talking.

I imagine it probably is. Incentive to buy the box set.

But again, how can anyone be upset at $28 for 2 CDs + 1 DVD? Has no one else ever bought box sets/ reissues before?

I do find it odd it says Siamese will be a single LP release when the original was a double. Curious to know how they crammed that whole album on 1 LP.

It's possible, but the quality might not be up to snuff. Sad when you think about it. I know Miles Davis fit around 30 minutes of music per side during his electric period.
