I'm also having problems.
I ordered the MCIS bundle (vinyl).
I tracked it and apparently it got sent back yesterday (to topspin i assume) for mislabeling of my address!
I've submitted 2 "requests" through the website but they haven't responded!
Anyone with the same/similar problem as this?

Thank you for the advise.
I ended up emailing them and they answered by saying that they got the merchandise returned to their warehouse, apparently I'll be receiving my credit back within a week.
I didn't even request a refund, but I'm sure there's a reason why they're not re-delivering (considering reviews on sound quality). They did say I may re-purchase when it becomes available on their store (although i don't see how I can since their online store is down at the moment)!
it's really a shame, considering I've always wanted to get my hands on MCIS...

I bought the box edition of pices iscariot and it never arrived. I'm from Argentina. What can I do to get it, or to get my money back to my credit card?.
I've my email from Topspin with my transference number, serial etc.

PD: This isn't very profesional don't you think?. What the band say about all of this?.

I bought it at november 27th 2012. I'm still waiting.

u$s50 was charged to my credit card, but the product never arrived to my address, nor the mail company.

Did the band any public announcement about this situation?. I'm thinking to take legal actions if you don't reply. I'm a big fan of the band but this is not our fault at all.
