Hi there,

I really need to say this, and I'm not sure it will do any good, but I think it is a shame that SP are associated with Topspin. In my experience, they are a catalogue of disasters.

I order a Feeder album some time ago, and on three occasions they told me it has shipped when it had not. This was an expensive pre-order, and it arrived six months or so after it was released. I vowed never to use them again. I have never seen such incompetence.

But then the Pumpkins reissues came out, and naturally I wanted them and the SPRC downloads. You know the rest - delays, problems, and an apology from the band and a gift in the form of a flexidisc. Which I am very grateful for by the way.

However, topspin couldn't even handle the apology gift without a hitch, and I had to contact them to resolve an issue regarding shipment. Fortunately it was resolved quickly, by their standards.

And now, with Pisces Iscariot, I can't use a perfectly valid credit card with them for no apparent reason. They tell me to activate third-party cookies (which already were activated). This glorious piece of advice took them five days! And the only reason I even considered using them is to get the SPRC download. If I purchase elsewhere (cheaper by the way) I can't get those downloads. They cannot get anything right.

I am begging you to please find another company to fulfil online orders. I am very happy to purchase from the band, and I think the SPRC initiative is fantastic. It seems unusual to me that I will be unable to gain access to it due to incompetence and bad communication of a third party.

Thanks for reading
Simon

Yes, I agree with you. I had to dispute the charges. Never did get my Oceania copy. I hope Billy knows.
