Hey Guys

Help Required Please !

My fiance and are getting married in November this year and are desperatley looking for an accoustic pumpkins song for our first dance. The lyrics have to be on the right lines, but Billy's voice will make it amazing regardless

Any suggestions for the best song to use ???

there aren't many appropriate acoustic songs in my opinion... maybe mayonaise acoustic version but that sounds a lot like a teenager song. i suggest luna, but that's not acoustic.

aren't we helpful today... well, he is looking for an acoustic PUMPKINS wedding song. so maybe this should be in the songs and lyrics forum. but i'll let someone else move it if necessary. i don't feel like doing any heavy lifting today.

How about an acoustic version of Stand inside your love. A Zwan/Djali Zwan song would be a good sugestion too. I heard someone use we only come out at night for their first song. I thought that was cool.

We actually used Landslide for the mother / groom aka son dance....while it is not truly acoustic it was still mellow enough

hmm I don't know. "If I'm gonna live without you" That seems maybe a touch pessimistic for a wedding day, no? Also, was written a few years too early for Miss Simpson, I think. She was sort of sunkissed though, wasn't she? So cute. Shame that didn't work out.
