It'll be available in other places besides Amazon; just wait for more details to be hammered out. Same thing happened with TbK: volume 1

Gotta show EMI that people are interested in the Pumpkins back catalog. They could stop the whole rerelease project if not enough people buy these. Final Metro Show yo!

$40 for Gish. $45 for Siamese Dream. I have to know exactly what I'm getting before I start spending that kind of money. :eyebrow:/>

Yeah, for these reissues I'll definitely be taking a close look at the DVD and official extras disc to decide whether it's worth it.

I wouldn't do anything yet- Amazon often add pre-orders ahead of full details. I imagine we'll get some official details and options soon... FOr example, didn't Billy promise high-grade vinyl on everything?

The vinyl is likely to be a separate release and would consist only of the album itself. That's at least how it's usually done.

15? The "leaked" tracklist showed 18. So did they remove some?

Not necessarily. It says 15 "previously unreleased" tracks. There are 15 "officially" unreleased tracks on there, with the remaining three being the 2011 remixes of Starla, Plume, and La Dolly Vita. So it can still be the original tracklisting, assuming they aren't counting those 3 new mixes as "previously unreleased".

Didn't think of that. But I would assume they would add "and 3 new remixes" at the end of that sentence. Oh well.

I wonder what show they chose for the DVD? 1990-08-25 might be it. We know it was Pro shot. But if it is, then there better be more content than that. Those early shows were like little under an hour or just above it.

I'm confused; will the rereleases have a vinyl included, or are those being sold separately?

Vinyl sold separately. SP.com should have more info on all of this this week.
