I called the post office and I guess there was some negligence somewhere. It somehow got to the correct City and State, but they don't have my address on their end. I'd strongly speculate that this is one of those 3 'lost' unfinished songs Billy talked about finding on the same tape as the acoustic Rocket demo, and was considering finishing up for the reissues but never did. It's a bonus for the Gish/Siamese reissues, it would make more sense to give away a leftover from THAT project rather than a future one.
