OK so now I want a European SP tour around... Christmas!
(Please, please, please.!)
So I can take holidays to travel and see several shows.

Perfect timing for me.

If it is between September 15th and November 17th, I will pretty much be able to make multiple shows. Anything before or after that may cause issues, but so long as I get to see at least one full length show with all the bells and whistles I'll be happy.

Better not be on my wedding day/September 22nd. I would hate to have to "get cold feet". :happy:/>

That would be great but they'd better announce tour dates quite soon because most people around here have already planned their summer holidays. I'm about to plan mine and I'd hate to be abroad when they'll come to play in Paris, London, Brussels,... We already know the programs of summer festivals like 'Les vieilles charrues' for instance, and even the ones that will take place at the end of august like 'Rock en Seine', so I hope they'll make an announcement soon if they plan to come around here in august. :happy:/>

Monte I rely on you to post any info as soon as you get it as usual. A flower for you in advance. :flowers:/>

Cool, hopefully I will be able to go to one of the shows. Well I hope they make it out to Toronto/Canada this time around in addition to US dates.

i am excited to hear what they play at the metro on 6-14. even though I will not be attending that show. I think the set will be somewhat different from what they will play on the festivals as well as australia. not too sure they will play all of oceania 5 days before it's official release. we will see.

Well, supposedly they plan to stream it about a week before the release (assuming they can get the legal issues with that worked out). So, theoretically it will be "out there" by that point. However, I would still doubt that they would play the entire album at that point, but you never know.

EDIT: LOL, THEY HIPSTERS-UNITED-STAFFED ME.

EDIT 2: POST 333! :cheers:/>

@slunk, I'm excitted too. I think you're right, I'm hoping for some neat songs that may be unique from the rest of the tour, and fewer singles than the fest dates. Plus, it's been awesome to see the transformation in the band every time they've gone out.

@breathesgelatin, But aren't you HipstersUnited staff?

@Dusty - When the "Website staff" designations were introduced on this messageboard, my being given one was something the webmaster offered to do as a courtesy and I said okay. But that webmaster has been gone since before Susan started writing for HU.

I'm considering going this time.I can either see them in Florida if they come here or I can see them in New York.I too have never experienced a real Pumpkins show .I did experience them in New York though before they played at C.B.G.B because they played at another location first in Brooklyn.I think it was the night before C.B.G.B.

I wonder if they are gonna tour larger facilities this coming tour? With the whole visual experience thing and all.. Just hope they tour in Columbia, SC. this Fall. We have the same place Billy and company usually play, (The Township Memorial Auditorium), which has been upgraded I should add. And we have Several larger facilities. Man! I can't wait till we see the list of cities for the USA tour schedule. Although I'm a bit nervous as well...
