SP Meet & Greets

Anyone ever been to a SP Meet & Greet?
(i hear they are pretty lame and not worth the money?)
I guess they are only good for the true hardcore fans.
I think they are going to have one for Oceania?not sure.
this one was in Mexico a couple of days ago:
poor SP(they must feel like Aliens down there)
I would rather stand next to a cardboard cut out of the band
than pay 400 bucks to just shake their hand(if allowed to),
smile and take a picture like in the vid above.
If you are one of the lucky members who is going to spend time with SP
I ask you to not let such a wonderful opportunity go to waste.
(make the most/best out of it)
and just as importantly include the whole band.
poor Nicole, Jeff and Mikey must feel left out. (thats sad)
They are just as Important as Billy
and remember the only silly questions are the ones not asked. (so enjoy and have fun)
Its already hard for the band as it is. (they are only human not Gods)
be prepared. go prepared. (most importantly be in the moment)
If I had my chance. I'd give them all a big hug.
I would take a guitar and sing to Nicole while I propose to her or just hump her leg.
I'd give Jeff ballons and a random Cd from a thrift shop
and tell him to smile more often when they take promo pictures of him in the band.
I would shake Mikey and let him know how fortunate he is to be in such a position
and hook him up with some lucky chopsticks for the road. (dont waste your 20's)Mike
they go by fast and then I'd give a high five to Billy and make my exit
after I ask him about life and religion. (i'll be doing all the listening)
I would bring the whole band roses and chocolates.
Have Billy inhale helium with me so we can sing funny while we play a song.
Ask him to sign my White Billy Strato-guitar with my blood.
Anybody got any ideas what you'll do if given the chance to meet & greet
The Mighty Smashing Pumpkins?
Maybe you can get something more out of it before or after the show?

well I personally could not afford that much even for my favorite band...
I myself would not say that meet and greets are lame, but they do sometimes look to be awkward...What can I say...I am not like everyone else :shrug:/>

I ponied up for it. Less than a week to go!
I'm actually more excited to talk to Nicole, Jeff and Mike than to talk to Billy. I'm curious to find out if Jeff ever finished his doctorate.

I feel like I can't let the opportunity go to waste either, but even though I've been a fan since I was 6 (I'm 24 now) I honestly don't have much I want to ask.
Give me a few questions :p/>

I'd ask all the band;
From a place of today, What would you say to a younger version of yourselves now?
What inspires you all besides music?
favorite book or movie?
Who are they currently listening to? have they discovered any good music lately?
ask each band member if there is a song they wouldn't like to be caught singing or listenng to?
favorite pet peeves?
how did Jeff, Nicole, Mike get into music?
Do any of you believe in God or a Spiritual Faith?
Billys favorite song to play or to have written(his proudest)? his worst? why?
Jeff, Nicoles, Mikes favorite song to play?
Any stories on the Oceania tour that they'd like to share?
(a highlight and a nightmare?)
Thank the band for all their energy, effort and love.
