    Hi there,
    I cancelled them about around the 1st of december and they emailed me on around the 5th confirming a refund, then issued the refund on the 10th - from memory anyway.
    I would keep emailing them daily and be a bit pushy with them. they are terrible and unless you show some nastyness - they don
    t seem to do anything. Good Luck!
