    and i wasn't wrong about the 'oo', 'eux' thing. you read incorrectly (or you're just stupid, or stubborn). i made a point of using "good" as an example. "good" doesn't share a vowel sound with "food", it shares one with "could" or "put" or the first syllable of "pe-TITE"..or "deux." english doesn't HAVE an e...
