Funny you say that: I'm 17, 18 in little more than a month, and I've been a hardcore fan for a few years now (obviously not hardcore in the sense of time, just in intensity). Back in October 2011 I went to the SP show at the Wiltern in LA. I've seen them live three times, and this was my favorite, simply because of the setlist. I'd heard songs I would never have expected to hear live from them that show (I was screaming my goddamn head off :jackyl:/> when they did Pissant as part of the encore). Anyway, while I was rocking the fuck out in my seat, standing up occasionally, I happened to be in a small ocean of THE MOST UNENTHUSIASTIC group of late-30-year-olds :o/> . The boring couple next to me only stood up for Cherub Rock. However, a few rows down, two guys my age were headbanging beat-for-beat along to Thru The Eyes Of Ruby :buttrock:/> .
So, yeah. Goes both ways. :slap2:/> -
