when i was 11 i felt like i was a human punching bag and thought that i had no purpose, i had no heroes and felt i would never meet anyone like me. Then i saw Billy talking and saw someone else with bad posture and corny little jokes with almost identical views on the world. I was shocked to see what i thought was impossible...and then i heard Zero. I remember i could not move for at least a minute after hearing it. The guitars sounded so evil and I didn't know you could say god is empty just like me...not that it wasn't possible but that someone could say something so profound. Because of them I picked up a guitar at 14 and started writing songs as soon as i learned 3 chords. Now I am desperately trying to open for the Pumpkins Nov. 3 in Dallas with my band gods joke, so if anyone knows Billy tell him to check us out at myspace.com/godsjoke. I even was homeless for 3 years so i could be free to work on my music and if that is not dedication i don't know what is!!!
