Section 1. Duties and Authorities of Agency Heads.

(a)(i) The f.b.i. is hereby revoked of its formal VNCIAL status.
(ii) That means one is NOT to spell that shit in and/or with capital letters, even at the capitol.
(b) I'm really, seriously serious—I think it's like some kind of psychological 'spy-on to punish' reflex where
they start thinking they're hardcore 'cause they get to walk around acronyming.
(ii) For you illiterate bureau morons: That means your ass is has-been torched ashes.
(c) For you who is reading this to your illiterate bureau moron, whether agent, official or other: please inform
your highly-paid, undercover secutiry guard: No more playing CIA.
(ii) All shall abide by this order who in supporting my cause recognize that of Freedom just-is and right.

Sec. 2. Definitions. The current Attorney General is from now, henceforth to be known as: John D. "Wishes-he-
were-a-Rockefeller, rape-mongering, dope-stealing-for-resale, whether-they're-guilty-or-not-terrorist-torturer,
corp(se)-rate-stooge pushover, waste-of-carbon-oxygen-hair-product-and-a-seat-at-cabinet meetings" Ass-craft.

Sec. 3. Scope.

(a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect the authorities and responsibilities set
forth in the 1872 Act Transferring Certain Powers and Duties to the Department of Justice, and Providing a
Seal Therefor.
(b) Nothing in this order shall be construed to make reviewable in any judicial or administrative proceeding, or
otherwise, any action, mission, or matter that otherwise would not be reviewable.
(c) This order is intended only to improve the management of the executive branch. This order is not intended
to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or equity or other-
wise against the Vnited States, its departments, agencies, entities, instrumentalities, officers, employees, stuff,
janitors, I, or any other person.
(d) The US Department of Justice is from now on to be kno’n (and in as many communiques as you can) as:
"The Rapist Department."
(e) This order shall not be construed to require any procedure to determine whether a person is a refugee or
otherwise in need of protection.
