Am glad I didn't enter/send any writings/essays!!!!! ....I think it was a good way for the band to find out where peoples heads are at as far as making the bands plans for the future....and if that was so they could have also just asked people to send their thoughts/essays in without it being a competition or a job offer in order to avoid any negative feelings/vibes that I have come across here....

Good to see you again on this board.

I thought about writing something up, but it was difficult not to be cynical.

Just curious...should all of the rejectees have received a rejection notification, or were these sent out only to some of them? I have't received anything either way (if both e-mails were "form" e-mails sent to a bunch of people at once either may have went to my spam folder, however this is curious as my e-mail address hasn't changed and I did receive the previous e-mail with the instructions). I guess I should assume a rejection, but I want to make sure that we weren't supposed to respond in some way if we were chosen to move to the next stage (again, I wouldn't know since I never received a notification either way). Anyway, any insight to this would be appreciated.
