I've finally finished learning For Martha on the keyboard. I tackled all the other songs from Adore but this one took some time and is a true gem. I've been playing more keyboard lately because I've come to a bit of a stand still on my guitar skills and needed a challenge.

Yes Blank Page...that song speaks to me in ways no other has. It says alot about how I feel in my life right now....so sad...anyway, For Martha on keys, I too have dabbled, but never mastered it, so congrats! It is, I think, one of the best songs Billy ever wrote. Lyrics, music, so epic and beautiful, and touching that he would dedicate his best to his mamma. A great statement on his personality I think. Laters.

Billy was quite "instrumental"...tee hee..ahem...in me playing guitar as well. The tones, the attack, the solos, the gentle beauty mixed with the chaotic noise...the lyrical prose....all perfection. So keep playin' on my friend. Peace.

When I read this I really took it to hart so I took some time to think about it and figure out why exactly I was so offended.
I think what you have not realized is this is not JUST a discussion type of site. For the most part we have been using this site as a place of celebration. So lighten up a little, do your blood pressure a favor and stop reading some posts after like 1 1/2 seconds, then just scan till you find your topic of interest. I think you'll find life a bit easier this way
