Wow. How can I possibly put into words why I am a fan? I love the smashing pumpkins. I've literally been listening to them for my whole life. Billy Corgan is a personal hero of mine, and I do mean that. He is an inspiration. If I ever got to meet him I'd just want to say "thanks". Besides that THEY ROCK!!!

Haha, yeah, I know how you feel...I love and have loved the Pumpkins for many a year. I made a promise to myself 7 years ago that if the band ever returned I would see them live. However (the funny part here) I live in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada - which is about 2+ hours west from Winnipeg, and (so far) the only non-festival concert in Canada is 23 hours (only, ha) away in Vancouver. But I have faith (and saving my pennies, weee!) that something will pop up, my passport arrived a few weeks ago, so who knows...
I like your 'why I am a fan' and along w/ 'Tonight, tonight', SIYL is my favorite; wanted to send it to every girl I ever fell in love with, ha. It ROCKS!! weee!
