I have heard an as of yet unconfirmed rumor that The Smashing Pumpkins are coming to the Qwest Arena in Boise on September 26th. Can anyone confirm this? I am hoping this is true, because if it is not then I will have to hitchhike to Salt Lake City to see them. I caught the Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness tour on Jan.7, 1997 at the Rose Garden in Portland, OR, but Jimmy was not there, having had an appointment with a jail cell. That was a major bummer, to say the least.

WHY I'M A FAN
I am a fan simply because their music has touched my soul like nothing has ever been able to do before or since. The dark atmosphere, the wistfulness, the sense that it should be raining 24/7 - these are integral components of my personality, and hearing Billy singing his songs is like he wrote them about me. ****Here Is No Why**** They have consistently shown the world what Rock n Roll glory is all about and are the greatest band that has ever existed or ever will.
