I have a pre-sell code still since they said that Phoenix will definitely be scheduled once they settle on a venue. I'm also going to the Tucson show (I live here in Tucson) and I'm going to the show in Salt Lake cause my best friend lives there, he bought the tickets this morning. They didn't have presell for that and they got the tickets just fine, he just kept re-trying to buy them over and over until ten came and then bam, he got the confirmation page.
